2. Account Creation, User Information & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 31000 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 31000 support team within a reasonable time. 31000 will never ask for your password via email or messages outside of the platform's official channels.

31000 reserves the right to freeze or suspend accounts for identity verification or security purposes, particularly when unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.

4. Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 31000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets and Malaysian online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method and are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method — or an equivalent — used for the deposit, subject to any applicable identity verification requirements. 31000 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified threshold.

Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements specified separately for each offer. Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. 31000 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings obtained through means that violate the offer's terms.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

31000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to active users via registered email or in-platform notifications at least seven days before taking effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 31000 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 31000's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
